Join the Tatas & Titan Eye+ team in the bustling hub of Harlur Road / Whitefield / Hennur We are looking for an energetic and customer-centric Sales Associate to help our customers find the perfect eyewear. You will be the face of our brand, providing expert styling advice, assisting with product selection, and delivering a premium retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting frames, sunglasses, and lenses that suit their face shape and lifestyle.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Titan’s latest collections, lens technologies, and offers to effectively cross-sell and up-sell.
- Store Operations: Assist the store team with inventory management, billing, and maintaining store merchandising standards.
- Eye Testing Assistance: Coordinate with the in-house optometrist to ensure seamless eye testing and prescription delivery
- Business Development: Engage with Corporates for Bulk Orders/ Eye Testing Camps & Schools/ Apartments for Awareness Camps

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
