Hotel Management Faculty (All Core Areas)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and conduct practical classes s per the academic schedule.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and lab demonstrations aligned with the syllabus.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical assessments, and exams.
- Organize workshops, live demonstrations, guest lectures, and industrial visits.
- Mentor and guide students on academic and career development.
- Contribute to curriculum development, industry interaction, and accreditation processes
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and institutional events.

Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts or related discipline.
- Minimum 4-6 years of industry experience in in star hotels/cruise lines.
- Prior teaching or training experience in a reputed hospitality institute will be an advantage.

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Robust interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Passion for teaching and continuous learning.
