Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, GST Refunds, BRC, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist management in financial decision-making through MIS reports and analysis.
- Manage payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
- Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.

Required Qualifications
- Speak and Read Hindi and English
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance,



and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, quickbooks, MS Excel, ERP software, and accounting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Knowledge of audit procedures and risk management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
