In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns while working closely with the creative and content teams to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Create campaign strategies for Lead Generation, Website Traffic, Conversions, Engagement, Sales, and Brand Awareness.
- Conduct audience research and build Custom, Lookalike, and Retargeting Audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and Conversion Rate.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event tracking.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to develop high-converting ad creatives.




- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on campaign insights and industry trends.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives and Meta advertising strategies.
- Experience with Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
- Knowledge of audience targeting and remarketing.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
- Experience with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
