What You'll Do -
- Build, enrich, qualify, and manage lead databases and sales pipelines within HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and lifecycle tracking.
- Log, analyze, and optimize prospect interactions, objections, and insights to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
- Monitor and interpret campaign, funnel, and engagement metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, Excel / Google Sheets (advanced dashboards and reporting).
- Collaborate on sales playbooks, documentation, and process improvements using Notion, Confluence, and Trello.
- Design sales enablement and marketing assets, pitch decks, creatives, landing visuals using Canva and Figma, etc.
- Iterate on messaging, positioning, and sales scripts through continuous feedback, A/B testing, and performance data.
