We're looking for a confident and energetic Pre-Sales Field Executive who enjoys interacting with customers, building relationships, and supporting the sales journey from lead qualification to successful onboarding. Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads by understanding business requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Support the sales team during client meetings and field visits.
- Assist new customers with account setup and platform onboarding.
- Train users on key product features and ensure smooth adoption.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales,



Field Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Customer Onboarding.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, client meetings, and field travel.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn and explain software products.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
