Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's Instagram account through strategic content planning and execution.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality posts, reels, stories, and other engaging content.
- Write compelling captions, select relevant hashtags, and monitor content performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend creative ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
- Update and maintain the company website with new products, collections, banners, blogs, and promotional content.
- Ensure website content is accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to support campaigns and product launches.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Fashion, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also apply).
- Experience managing Instagram Business accounts.
- Basic knowledge of website content management systems (such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.

Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creativity with an eye for aesthetics and branding.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other content creation tools.
- Basic photo and video editing skills.
- Robust organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to analyze social media performance and implement improvement
