Full Stack Technical Lead

What You Will Do
- Provide technical and people leadership for a team of software engineers, driving high-quality product delivery and engineering excellence.
- Own the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned product areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Lead and mentor engineers by supporting goal setting, performance management, career development, and technical growth.
- Drive architectural discussions and contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to deliver customer value.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence within the team.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities while ensuring successful project outcomes.

How You Will Do It
- Lead software development activities across the full software development lifecycle,



from requirements and design through deployment and support.
- Review and guide solution architecture, technical designs, code implementations, and deployment strategies.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, coding best practices, security requirements, and quality guidelines.
- Drive sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution activities to meet delivery commitments.
- Mentor team members through coaching, technical guidance, regular feedback, and career development discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high development standards and reduce technical debt.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve automation, deployment processes, monitoring, and operational reliability.
