Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
- PMP or other project management certifications will be an added advantage.

Skill set:
- Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Solid communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

Profile:
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of assigned projects.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and execution schedules.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per client requirements.




- Monitor project progress and resolve execution challenges proactively.

Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate project handover and obtain client sign-off.

Team Coordination
- Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Ensure effective communication between the project team and management.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of materials.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers for deliveries.
- Verify material utilization and minimize wastage.

Site Management
- Conduct site surveys and assess project readiness.
