EV Two-Wheeler Sales Manager

Reporting To

General Manager / Dealer Principal

Job Purpose

To drive sales growth and profitability of the EV two-wheeler business by leading the sales team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations and administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize showroom performance.
- Monitor sales enquiries, test rides, bookings, conversions, and deliveries.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads generated through walk-ins, digital platforms, events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to improve retention and referrals.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify business opportunities.

Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise the showroom sales team.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor performance through regular reviews.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and coaching sessions.




- Foster a customer-centric and high-performance work culture.

Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives a professional and personalized buying experience.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores and implement improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle registration, documentation, and delivery processes.

Showroom Administration
- Oversee the daily administration and smooth functioning of the showroom.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, branding, and display standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support services.
- Monitor attendance, staff discipline, duty rosters, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
