Key Responsibilities -
- Assist in developing new products and improving existing formulations.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and product trials.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain research data and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC teams during product development.
- Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards in all laboratory activities.
Required Skills -
- Basic laboratory and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a team.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
