We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website Manager to oversee our e-commerce operations, website performance, CRM communication, digital marketing coordination, and SEO initiatives.

Role Overview

The Website Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the brand’s Shopify website, ensuring smooth product uploads, maintaining website hygiene, supporting digital marketing activities, handling customer communication channels, and improving overall online performance and customer experience.

This role requires someone with robust Shopify expertise, fashion/D2C understanding, and hands-on experience in SEO, CRM, e-commerce operations, and digital coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Website Management

Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify website





Maintain website content, collections, banners, navigation, and landing pages

Coordinate with developers/designers for website updates and improvements

Ensure website functionality, responsiveness, and user experience are optimized

Monitor website performance, speed, and technical issues

Product Listing & Catalog Management

Upload and manage product listings with accurate product information

Optimize product titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, variants, and images

Maintain inventory visibility and collection organization

Ensure all listings follow brand and SEO best practices

Coordinate with merchandising and creative teams for timely launches

SEO & Website Optimization

Implement on-page SEO strategies across product and category pages

Optimize metadata, alt tags, internal linking, and content structure

Monitor keyword rankings and website traffic

Work on technical SEO improv
