Role Purpose

Deepstambh Foundation is looking for a dynamic, creative, and execution-oriented qualified to lead its Marketing & Communication function.

This role is critical in strengthening the organization's visibility, supporting fundraising efforts, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and building a strong brand presence. The incumbent will work closely with the Fund Raising, Academic, and Leadership teams to design and execute marketing and communication initiatives that support student mobilization, donor engagement, alumni relations, CSR outreach, and individual giving campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns to support fundraising, student mobilization, and organizational growth.




- Develop and implement outreach initiatives for CSR delegates, individual donors, alumni, students, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Fund Raising and Academic teams to create compelling campaigns and communication materials.
- Lead and guide the Media & Communication team responsible for graphic designing, content development, social media management, photography, videography, and video editing.
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and storytelling across all communication channels.
- Develop impactful presentations, brochures, newsletters, annual reports, donor communication materials, success stories, and promotional content.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements for better outreach and engagement.
