Role Objective

The role combines local outreach, partnerships, counselling, orientation coordination, digital follow-up and admissions management.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified enquiries for education, training and skill-development programs.
- Connect with prospective students and parents through phone, WhatsApp,



events and personal meetings.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, tuition centres, teachers, residential societies and student communities.
- Understand each student’s academic background, learning needs, career interests and preferred schedule.
- Explain available programs clearly and recommend appropriate options.
- Schedule counselling calls, demonstrations and orientation sessions.
- Follow up with enquiries until a decision is made.
- Coordinate registrations, fee collection and student onboarding.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM.
- Track lead sources, status, next actions and expected joining dates.
- Organise local workshops, quizzes, seminars and orientation events.
- Support student, parent and institutional referral programs.
- Collect feedback and share market insights with management.
