Key Responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads and respond to student enquiries promptly.
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in countries such as Australia, Canada, the UK, Current Zealand.
- Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Study Abroad Counselling or Tele Counselling.
- Strong knowledge of overseas education processes and student visa requirements.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries efficiently.
