Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Marketplace Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, including bulk uploads, listing creation, variation setup, and suppression resolution.
- Monitor account health, resolve policy violations, customer complaints, and IP-related issues.
- Raise and follow up on support cases for catalog errors, pricing issues, buy box suppression, and payment discrepancies.

2. Catalog & Promotion Management
- Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for product images, descriptions, A+ content, and brand store updates.
- Execute promotional activities such as discounts, coupons, deals, and campaign setups across both marketplaces.

3. Supply Chain & Fulfillment
- Manage FBA and Flipkart fulfillment operations, including shipment planning, label generation, inventory tracking, and reconciliation.
- Monitor order processing, delivery performance, returns, and customer dispute resolution.




- Ensure timely replenishment and compliance with marketplace service-level requirements.

4. Performance & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, traffic, conversions, and inventory performance.
- Track competitor pricing, rankings, and marketplace trends to support business decisions.
- Use MS Excel and marketplace reports to identify issues and improve operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
