Requirements:
- Passion for coaching competitive exams (UPSC CSE, CDS, CAPF) preferred.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective classroom lectures to undergraduate students.
- Teach according to the institute’s curriculum using innovative pedagogical methods.
- Prepare and conduct interactive classes including lectures, discussions, exercises, and related academic content.
- Assess student progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall academic success of students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Must have appeared in any UPSC exam.(Mains is preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust command of English (both written and spoken).
- Passion for education and commitment to student success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
