About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging content including reels, short videos, project walkthroughs, before-after transformations, testimonials and design stories.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with designers, project teams and photographers to capture premium project content.
- Execute paid social media campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Write compelling captions, blogs and marketing copy.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms and design industry insights.
- Collaborate with external agencies, influencers and creative partners whenever required.
- Track and report key performance metrics including reach,



engagement, enquiries and conversions.

Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar creative tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or InShot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background

Qualification
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing.
