Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute YouTube content strategies to drive channel growth.- Analyze YouTube Analytics to identify opportunities for improving reach, watch time, audience retention, and subscriber growth.-
- Research trending topics and formats, and adapt them into high-quality educational content.-
- Work closely with the content team to plan videos that align with current trends while maintaining educational value.-
- Edit videos and ensure they are engaging, visually appealing, and optimized for audience retention.-
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, keywords, and publishing schedules for maximum performance.- Monitor channel performance and continuously refine content strategy based on data.
Required Skills:
- Strong command of YouTube Analytics and performance metrics.- Deep understanding of YouTube's recommendation system and content optimization strategies.-
- Ability to identify trending topics and convert them into engaging educational content.-
