Role Overview

We're looking for a Computer Operator cum Dispatcher to manage our daily order fulfillment — picking, packing, and shipping — while keeping accurate records of RTOs and returns.

Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately as per invoice/packing slip
- Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups and shipping
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and manifests using computer systems
- Maintain and update daily RTO (Return to Origin) and customer return records
- Track and reconcile RTO/return shipments against dispatched orders
- Flag discrepancies in stock, packaging, or courier handling
- Maintain basic MIS/Excel sheets for dispatch, RTO, and return status




- Keep the packing/dispatch area organized and stock-ready

Requirements:
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets, order management or shipping software)
- Prior experience in dispatch, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment preferred
- Attention to detail — order accuracy is critical
- Physically comfortable with packing and lifting cartons
- Ability to work independently and manage daily volume without supervision

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
- Computer skills: 2 years (required)
- Dispatching: 1 year (required)
