INOUT INTERIORS is one of India's growing commercial interior and construction contracting companies specializing in turnkey solutions for corporate offices, hospitals, healthcare facilities, laboratories, retail, hospitality, and high-rise commercial projects.

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive who can build relationships, identify opportunities, and open doors with decision-makers. The role focuses on generating qualified business opportunities, while the final commercial discussions and project closures are handled by the Founder.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation
- Identify new commercial interior and construction opportunities.
- Build relationships with Architects, PMCs, Developers, Corporate Facility Teams, Hospital Managements, and Industrial Clients.
- Generate qualified meetings for the Founder.
- Business Development




- Schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
- Conduct company presentations.
- Follow up regularly with prospects.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects.
- Market Research
- Track upcoming commercial projects.
- Identify new corporate offices, hospitals, hotels, industrial facilities, and retail developments.
- Gather project intelligence before tenders are floated.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, and existing clients.
- Maintain detailed CRM records.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with estimation and design teams for presentations and proposals.
- Support the Founder by preparing meeting briefs, client information, and opportunity summaries.
