Job Summary

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising housekeeping operations across multiple apartment communities. The role involves managing housekeeping staff, conducting regular site inspections, maintaining quality standards,



ensuring adequate manpower deployment, and coordinating with facility managers, residents, and vendors to deliver exceptional housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping operations across multiple residential apartment buildings.
- Plan and allocate housekeeping staff based on operational requirements and occupancy.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, lobbies, corridors, staircases, parking areas, terraces, clubhouses, and landscaped spaces.
- Ensure all assigned properties maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and service standards.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, attendance records, and leave schedules.
- Monitor staff performance and recommend corrective actions when required.
