Your role:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in building and managing data solutions using Microsoft Azure, SQL, and Power BI, primarily focused on delivering solutions within the finance domian. This role also involves mentoring and supervising a junior Power BI developer, ensuring high-quality dashboard delivery and data visualization standards,as well as continually exploring current technoligies to ensure the team is always using the best practivce and delivery tools. This is a hands-on role based in India but requiring extensive involvement and collaboration with colleagues across VTBA and the broader Atlas Copco Group.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and related services
- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions




- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for various business units
- Supervise and guide a junior Power BI developer, ensuring adherence to best practices and timely delivery
- Monitor data quality, integrity, and performance across systems
- Implement data governance and security protocols in line with organizational standards
