Job Purpose

To lead Security, General Services, and Facilities functions by ensuring a safe, secure, compliant, and efficiently managed workplace. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and superior employee experience, while ensuring seamless business operations and strong governance across all services.

Key Responsibilities

Security Management Lead end-to-end physical security operations, including access control, incident management, emergency response, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Oversee CCTV surveillance systems, control room operations, and electronic security infrastructure to ensure 24x7 coverage.

Drive traffic and parking management systems to ensure safe and effective movement of personnel and vehicles.

Establish robust risk assessment and mitigation frameworks to safeguard organizational ass
