Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial collections, receipts, refunds, and outstanding account balances.
- Reconcile daily collections with bank deposits.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and cash/bank transactions.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, income & expenditure statements, and other financial reports.
- Process vendor invoices and payments.
- Handle payroll processing, salary records, PF, ESI, TDS, and statutory deductions.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns, where applicable.
- Assist with statutory, internal, and financial audits.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory records.
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor departmental expenses.
- Coordinate with school administration, vendors, clients, and auditors regarding financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and organizational records.

Requirements:
CANDIDATE SHOULD BE RESIDENT OF FARIDABAD IS A MUST.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent.




- CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, banking, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP software and financial management systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
