Job Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new leads and convert them into customers through direct contact, field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Promote and sell Sense Sharemarket’s stock market training courses and brokerage services.
- Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate services accordingly.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and close deals efficiently.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, or local events when required.
- Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in direct/field sales (stock market, education, finance,
or insurance sales preferred).
- Robust negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of stock market and trading will be a plus.
- Own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler for local travel.
- Graduation in any stream.
