We're Hiring: Executive Assistant (Night Shift, Work From Office)

We're Namo Padmavati, a growing virtual agency based in Hyderabad. We're a 30-person team working with clients across the US, and we're looking for a sharp, reliable Executive Assistant to join us and support our clients like a total pro.

What you'll actually be doing:
- Being the right hand to US-based clients, managing their inboxes, calendars, and schedules
- Handling admin, follow-ups, data entry, and keeping everything running smoothly
- Coordinating tasks, chasing loose ends, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Basically becoming the person your client can't imagine working without

What we're looking for (the non-negotiables):
- 1-2 years of experience working with US clients (this matters, you get the tone, the pace, the expectations)
- Comfortable working the night shift (US hours, so your evenings/nights)




- Work from our office in Hyderabad (this is an in-office role, not remote)
- Super organised, proactive, and dependable, you don't wait to be told twice
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and picking up new software quickly

Bonus points if you:
- Have used CRMs like GoHighLevel or similar
- Are handy with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work smarter
- Have that "I'll figure it out" attitude
