Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Planning Engineer with hands-on exposure to at least one full project lifecycle — from planning stage to project completion. The role will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) and will work closely with site execution, contracts, procurement, and senior management.

Working Style: 6 Days Working across various Sites

Education Requirement:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Master’s in construction management / project management (preferred)
- PMP® Certified Skilled (preferred)

Experience Required:
- 2-3 Years of Experience in Real Estate Planning and Tracking
- Completed at least one full project cycle (Planning to Completion/OC stage)
- Experienced in Commercial & residential high-rise with Multiple basement projects





Technical Skills Required
- Excellent command over:
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced - Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Charts)
- Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of:
- CPM & PERT concepts
- Resource Loading & Levelling
- Cost-Time Optimization
- Construction Methodology for High-rise Buildings

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera (P6) and/or Microsoft Project
- Develop WBS, activity sequencing, resource loading, and baseline programs
- Prepare cash flow projections linked with construction schedules
- Project Monitoring & Control
- Track project progress and update schedules
- Conduct variance analysis (Planned vs Actual)
- Identify critical path and near-critical activities
- Prepare delay analysis reports and recovery plans
- Timeline Optimization & Crashing
- Develop acceleration strategies
