Role description:
- Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (API Testing - Java, Rest Assured, Selenium, Healthcare FHIR)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute API automation scripts using Rest Assured:
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of REST APIs:
- Validate API payloads, headers, authentication, and responses:
- Execute end-to-end integration testing across healthcare workflows:
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance in healthcare systems
- Create and maintain test cases, test data, and reports:
- Identify and track defects using tools like JIRA
- Collaborate with development and integration teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies

Required Skills:
- Robust experience in Java + Rest Assured (mandatory):
- Hands-on experience in API testing (REST/JSON/XML):
- Basic to good experience in Selenium (for automation framework support/integration):
- Knowledge of HTTP methods, status codes, and API validations:
- Experience in automation frameworks (TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber):
- Exposure to CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, Maven)





Healthcare / Domain Skills:
- Experience in Healthcare domain:
- Strong knowledge of FHIR / HL7 standards:
- Experience validating FHIR APIs (JSON payloads, schema validation):
- Understanding of integration and interoperability workflows
