We are looking for a creative and organized person to manage influencer collaborations and build a high-volume content pipeline. Role & Responsibilities Identify and reach out to influencers and UGC creators across Instagram. Collaborate with 100-150 creators every month. Coordinate product dispatch, communication, and content timelines. Ensure each creator delivers high-quality Reels, photos, and testimonials. Maintain a content calendar and creator database. Follow up on pending deliverables and approvals. Repurpose creator content for Meta ads, Instagram, and the website. Organize content into folders with proper naming and usage rights.



Track creator performance and recommend long-term partnerships. Requirements Experience in influencer marketing, UGC, or social media management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with Instagram trends and viral content. Highly organized and able to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and project management tools. Passion for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus. Success Metrics 100-150 creator collaborations per month. Consistent delivery of high-quality UGC. Minimal delays in content submission. Continuous supply of fresh creatives for Meta ads and social media. Well-maintained creator database and content library.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
