Job Summary

As our HR Assistant, you will be the gears behind our people operations. You will handle everything from coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires to maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with monthly payroll processing. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings on platforms like Indeed, screen incoming resumes, and coordinate interview schedules with department heads.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare offer letters, coordinate background checks, collect joining documents, and set up new team members for their first day.
- Data & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date, confidential employee profiles, tracking attendance, leaves, and performance records in our HRIS/ERP software.
- Payroll & Compliance Assistance: Compile monthly attendance data, verify expense claims, and coordinate with the accounts team to ensure smooth payroll processing.




- Employee Relations: Act as a reliable point of contact for routine employee queries regarding company policies, leaves, and benefits.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or assistant role. Freshers with relevant internship experience and strong skills are welcome to apply.
- Software Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with HRIS, Tally, or payroll management systems is a major plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high emotional intelligence, absolute respect for data confidentiality, and clear communication skills.
