Responsibilities:
- Preparing the floor plans and elevation concepts as per the client’s requirement
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D models.
- Attending the client queries and coming with creative solutions
- Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.
- Work closely with the construction and project management teams to implement design solutions.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
- Leverage AI-powered design and visualization tools to enhance design efficiency, improve productivity, and support creative decision-making.

Key Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, materials, and construction methods. -Excellent communication and presentation skills.




- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and visualization tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini - Nano Banana, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar AI tools) will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
- Minimum 1 year and above of relevant experience in design.
