Our Tenancy Management Services (TMS) division provides regular domestic maintenance services to expatriate and foreign corporate tenants residing in premium residential apartments across Mumbai and other metro cities in India. We coordinate maintenance services, landlord and society liaison, preventive maintenance, inspections, vendor management, and day-to-day tenancy management, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free living experience for our clients.

Job Summary





The TMS Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of expatriate clients and ensuring the smooth delivery of regular domestic maintenance services throughout their tenancy.

The role involves coordinating with clients, TMS Supervisors, vendors, landlords, societies, and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution, excellent customer service, and adherence to Relomi's high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned expatriate clients for all Tenancy Management Services.
- Receive, coordinate, and monitor domestic maintenance requests from clients.
- Plan and assign daily work to TMS Supervisors and coordinate technician/vendor visits.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests while maintaining high service quality.
- Coordinate with landlords, housing societies, vendors, and contractors for maintenance-related matters.
- Obtain quotations, approvals, and cost estimates whenever required.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
