About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market.
- Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, market research, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, distributors, institutions, and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable product/manufacturing solutions.
- Promote the company’s pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products / third-party manufacturing services.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and new business opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and other departments for smooth execution of business.
- Must have experience/background in the Pharmaceutical Industry.:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Pharma Marketing, PCD, Third-Party Manufacturing, or a related role.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and the pharma business ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and client-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/lead management tools.
