Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform machine start-up, homing, and safety checks (Emergency Stop, axis homing, spindle warm-up).
- Load, set, and manage cutting tools including ATC tool assignment and tool numbering.
- Measure and enter tool length, diameter, cutter radius, and wear offsets using Tool Presetter/Probe/Manual touch-off.
- Set and verify work offsets (G54-G56) using Edge Finder, Probe, Dial Indicator, or manual methods.
- Load, verify, and run CNC programs — checking tool paths, spindle speed (S), feed rate (F), coolant (M08), and tool changes (M06).
- Conduct dry runs to check for collisions before actual machining.
- Perform trial machining, inspect dimensions, and adjust offsets for accuracy.
- Operate on FANUC (Offset/Geometry) and Siemens SINUMERIK (828D/840D) controls confidently.




- Ensure precision machining standards required for orthopedic implant components.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with VMC machines (Jyoti, Haas, Makino, Ace Micromatic, BFW, HMT, or similar).
- Robust knowledge of FANUC and/or Siemens CNC controls.
- Understanding of tool setting, offsets, and precision measurement instruments.
- Ability to read and verify CNC programs.
- Attention to detail — critical for medical/orthopedic implant tolerances.

Preferred Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / relevant field with prior CNC/VMC operating experience (implant or precision component manufacturing preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
