Key Responsibilities› Review and approve mix design, material submittals, and batch plant calibration records prior tocommencement of casting.› Witness and document all casting operations including formwork inspection, rebarplacement, cover verification,and concrete pour.› Independently conduct in-process and final dimensional checks on all precast elements against approved shopdrawings and tolerances.› Monitor concrete curing regime (steam/moist curing) and verify compliance with temperature–time logs.› Witness sampling and testing of concrete cubes/cylinders; review and accept test certificates from accreditedlaboratories.› Inspect Pre pour mould/Reinforcement, during pour and post pour surface finish quality, reject non-conformingelements, and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with corrective action follow-up.› Audit lifting, stacking, storage, and transportation procedures to prevent damage to precast elements.› Review erection method statements; perform joint, connection, and grouting inspections on-site.› Verify post-tensioning/pre-tensioning operations,



strand placement, and stressing records where applicable.› Compile and submit weekly/monthly inspection reports, ITP signoffs, and final quality dossiers to the client.
