About the role
Monitor and support hardware, software, and network systems across the customer environment.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic incidents related to servers, operating systems, and network devices.
Follow standard procedures for routine configuration changes and updates, escalating complex issues to higher-level support.
Support scheduled maintenance activities and assist in executing approved changes.




Act as a first point of contact for incident reporting and initial troubleshooting.
Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures accurately.
Support the preparation of reports and dashboards related to service performance.
Collaborate with senior team members to learn new technologies and improve technical skills.
Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation and knowledge bases.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational standards.
About you
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support, server administration, or related fields.
Basic understanding of server hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with network components and troubleshooting (firewalls, switches, routers).
Knowledge of backup and restore technologies.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to follow documented procedures and escalat
