As a SAP-SF Talent - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting team, focusing on SAP Human Capital. You will analyze current business requirements and processes, recommending and developing solutions to meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex business issues, manage workstreams, and deliver client solutions.
You will be responsible for building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. This role emphasizes relationship building, managing others, and personal growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design, configure, and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules based on business requirements. You will assist in developing functional specifications for integration and data developments, as well as support system testing and training of end users. Within our Advisory practice, you will have the prospect to work with diverse teams, enhancing your skills and contributing to the delivery of premium, cost-effective services.
