Role Objective:
The Lead Security is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's security strategy across all real estate assets and corporate operations. The role ensures the protection of people, property, information,



reputation, and business continuity through robust physical security systems, risk management programs, emergency response planning, and security governance.
The incumbent will lead security operations across the portfolio, manage security service providers, coordinate with law enforcement and government agencies, and establish best-in-class security practices that enhance tenant, customer, employee, and visitor safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Security Leadership
· Develop and implement the organization-wide security strategy aligned with business objectives.
Establish security policies, SOPs, standards, and governance frameworks across all assets.
Conduct periodic security risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
Advise senior leadership on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and risk exposure.
· Build a proactive security culture across the organization.
