Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, highly driven Lead Generation Executive who thrives in a fast-paced working environment. In this role,



you will be responsible for scaling our outbound prospecting engine and coordinating closely with our marketing team to convert website traffic and social media engagement into actionable sales pipelines. You will leverage modern AI-powered prospecting tools to identify target decision-makers, maintaining a high-volume performance standard of generating 100 qualified leads per day. Prior exposure or experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Hospitals domain lead generation is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation Tools (70%)
Daily Lead Targets: Drive outbound lead generation to achieve a minimum target of 100 qualified leads per day.
Tool & AI Proficiency: Utilize traditional and AI-driven sales lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, and AI lead discovery workflows) to source and verify target prospects.
Database Hygiene: Build, enrich, and maintain robust candidate/client databases, ensuring high data accuracy and minimal email bounce rates.
Prospect Identification: Identify key
