Job Description Summary

Under the supervision of a Team Lead, this position is responsible for the Operation, Performance, Food Safety,



and Safety of the Pack Floor. This individual is responsible for setting up equipment and verifying Quality attributes such as Bag Weights, Seals, and Codes. They are also responsible for the Shadow Boards (5s) and Sanitation of their area. During operations, this position is responsible for ordering packaging materials as needed.

Packaging Operators are responsible for the efficient operation of all equipment from the discharge of the Freeze Tunnel, until it reaches Americold. They are personally responsible for the operation & sanitation of the Ishida Scales/Bag Weighers, Triangle Baggers, Bliss Machine, Seasoning Drum, Blue Print Case Erectors/Case Packers, Elliott Case Sealers, Add Backs and Bulk Off Area. Packaging Operators may need to assist Palletizer Operators in order to ensure product reaches Americold. They will complete all Safety requirements, Centerli
