Project & Process Management:
Intake Coordination with Team Leaders: Manage project intake requests and collaborate with team leaders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and prioritized.
Project Timeline and Milestone Management: Develop, track, and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
Monitoring Workload and Aligning Resources: Assess team capacity, balance workloads, and allocate resources effectively to support project success.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Strong Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all project deliverables, communications, and processes.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:




Expectation Management: Establish transparent expectations and maintain alignment with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ability to Challenge Stakeholders Constructively: Provide thoughtful recommendations and challenge assumptions when necessary to achieve the best business outcomes.
Clear and Effective Communication: Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions clearly and professionally to stakeholders and design team at all levels.
Reporting Activities:
Project Reporting: Create and share monthly project reports with management and the team to provide clear visibility into project progress, resource utilization, key milestones, risks, and overall performance.
Resource Availability Reports: Track and report resource utilization, availability, and capacity to support planning and decision-making.
