About The Job
The office of Advocate Riddhi Puntambekar is hiring a Legal Associate (Arbitration). The role is suited for legal professionals with experience in corporate law, litigation, and/or arbitration who are looking for a long-term opportunity.
Eligibility
(i) Experience appearing before District Courts and High Courts.
(ii) A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law, litigation, and/or arbitration.
(iii) Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
(iv) Strong drafting and legal research capabilities
(v) Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
(vi) Excellent legal drafting, research,
and communication skills.
Responsibility
(vii) Prior experience in arbitration (preferred).
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Independently handle litigation matters from drafting to final arguments.
