Role Description The Telecalling Intern role at THINSIL is an on-site internship based in Bengaluru. The intern will make outbound and receive inbound calls to connect with potential and existing customers, share basic information about THINSIL’s services, and support the sales and customer engagement teams. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining call records, updating customer details in internal systems,



scheduling follow-ups or meetings, and routing queries to relevant team members. The intern will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations staff to ensure clear communication and positive customer interactions. This role offers training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in customer communication within a technology-driven organization.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills and clear telephone etiquette, with the ability to engage professionally and respectfully with diverse customers.
Basic knowledge of sales or customer service processes, including call handling, follow-up scheduling, and maintaining calls.
Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-focused mindset to understand needs and provide accurate information or guidance.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle a structured calling schedule under supervision.
