The role - An individual-contributor role in the Founder's Office, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You'll own the capital-raising engine end-to-end — acting as the bridge between the founder's vision and the financial markets, securing both debt and equity to drive long-term growth and liquidity. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Fundraising execution: Lead end-to-end capital raises across term loans, NCDs, securitisation, direct assignments, and equity — sourcing, structuring, and closing deals across instruments. Lender & investor relationships: Be the primary point of contact for banks, financial institutions, credit rating agencies, PE funds, and institutional investors. Transaction & due diligence: Own the preparation and vetting of pitch decks, term sheets, sanction letters, and loan agreements, and run diligence cleanly.
