Role Description:

Identify and reach out to local BFSI companies (banks, NBFC, fintechs, GCC hiring desks) with open entry-level roles.
Build and maintain a live tracker of company contacts and hiring needs/opportunities to be applied by the students.




Match trained students to openings and coordinate interview scheduling.
Support students with final resume/interview-readiness checks using existing templates.
Track every candidate end-to-end : applied, interviewed, offer, joined.
Comfortable with a 3-month contract structured as monthly performance incentives + a lump-sum bonus on full completion (no fixed monthly stipend) - please only apply if this works for you.
Comfortable with outbound calls/LinkedIn outreach to HR and TA teams.
Available for occasional in-person company visits in Bengaluru.
Must have own Laptop.

Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 12,000 lump sum at the end of contract.
Incentive pay: ₹ 30,000 - 75,000 per month based on performance.

Job Offer (PPO):
On successful conversion to a permanent employee (based on performance), the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 350000/year
