Graduate + LLB

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review contracts, tender documents, agreements, and legal correspondence for railway/infrastructure projects.
Handle contract administration, claims, variations, extensions of time, disputes, arbitration, and contractual notices.
Provide legal and contractual support for project appraisal, risk assessment, compliance, and commercial decision-making.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, legal advisors, and internal teams to protect contractual interests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
