About The Job

The Office of Advocate Bhavna Gandhi has opened up applications for the position of a legal associate to work with them.

Eligibility

(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have robust drafting skills.

(ii) Candidates with a keen interest in litigation.

(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills

(iv) Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws

(v) Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and sharp negotiation skills.

(vi) 1–3 years of core experience in contract drafting/review and trademark law.

Responsibility

????????? & ??????????: Draft, review,



and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (including vendor, service, and partnership agreements).
????????? ??????????: Manage the full lifecycle of trademark protection—from conducting clearance searches and filings to handling prosecution, oppositions, and infringement matters.
????????: Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on contract compliance, IP strategy, and corporate matters.
