We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead the design and execution of large-scale preferred aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and construction, with a proven ability to deliver cutting-edge and functional designs while meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and design of terminal buildings, ensuring innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, layouts, and specifications in alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and project managers,
to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address design challenges and incorporate feedback into project plans.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, aviation regulations, and environmental standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate best practices into projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee the implementation of architectural designs and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure designs are delivered within budget and on schedule.
- Present design concepts and updates to clients and senior management.
