Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple large-scale preferred aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery while meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of aviation terminal building projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to address project challenges and ensure smooth progress.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Foster a culture of accountability,



collaboration, and excellence within the project team.
- Implement robust quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with approved plans.
- Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns through proactive risk management.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and financial records.
